Yep. I’m still talking about that trip we took to a Mexican eco resort. One of our most memorable days was spent climbing Mayan ruins (my thighs are still sore!), swimming in a blue lagoon (sadly, Christopher Atkins was nowhere to be found), and eating an authentic Mexican meal at an open-air roadside restaurant (they had something for the vegan, the vegetarian, the omnivore, and the scavengavore!).
