About This Video 

I don’t need more stuff in my life, so I LOVE when people give me the gift of an experience or service.

For Christmas last year, our in-laws gave my husband John and me the gift of an experience and a bit of a servivce, too. They offered to take our sons for an entire weekend (their treat) while we got to take our own trip to the Finger Lakes region of New York state (our treat).

We stayed at Maison at The North Farm which I discovered on Airbnb. Our room was in a beautiful yet rustic 19th century farmhouse located on an organic farm 5 miles south of Geneva, New York and on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Geneva sits at the north end of Seneca Lake, the largest lake of New York’s Finger Lakes Region. Watch this video to see all the features of our room and the beautiful sites around the farm including some stunning drone shots by John.
