In this first installment of What We’re Reading, I review the book Will Travel For Vegan Food: A Young Woman’s Solo Van-Dwelling Mission to Break Free, Find Food & Make Love, by Kristin M. Lajeunesse.
Kristin spent 2 years traveling 39,000 miles living out of a used van she named Gertie to visit 547 vegan restaurants in the District of Columbia and 48 states.
It turned out to be so much more than what I expected and is so much more than just a list of all the vegan restaurants in each state.
Will Travel for Vegan Food is now available in paperback and on Kindle.
